    just got done with surgery on my left leg...a tibial plateau fracture...guess it was worse than originally thought..your video helped me understand the mechanic s of things... now I can go back to my Ortho surgeon to find out what with they fixed me up!! thanks...tho my knee feels weak...somehow my spirit be stronger...

    Its kind of hard for me to follow in english, because of the different terms we use in german (they are similar ofc, but not the same), but the hints you give in regard to orientation of the bone will be very useful for my exam.

    very interesting. I fractured my right Fibula in two paces down by the ankle 3 months ago, I also have insulin diabetes for over 40yrs it still swells and gets hot I pray I don't get the Charcot foot problem.

    As far as I remember fibula has four borders ...one being "crest" and not as prominent. Great video though

    Fantastic video, though I would've liked to hear a bit more about the distal part of the tibia, mainly about the sulcus malleolaris, which provides attachment for the tendon of the tibialis posterior muscle. I also think that the facies articularis fibularis is also worth mentioning, as it allows more articulation between the tibia and the head of the fibula.
