People have just gotten so used to letting their kids trash the toys in Wal-Mart, Target, Ross that they can't understand when a store actually has rules and makes you abide by them.
At the very least, I hope they showed the dad the footage... I would've asked to see that myself, for sure.... but overall, great resolution; very professional and very parental. :)

An idea called a "push aisle", this is a spot in the store that seems like a blind spot with no cameras so thieves will use it, but actually there are hidden cameras there. Most retail doesn't use this bc they're based on deterrence, not apprehensions, but as word gets out that your store is a hard target from all the caught thieves it will generate deterrence secondarily.

Because we don't have a base shipping price. We charge the exact shipping. Usually for first time customers we do charge a deposit.
We have tried to get payments for items first and then do shipping but then too many people got confused and thought the shipping was included
