Kemp's expression didn't change throughout the debate. The libertarian talking points never mention how they propose to pay for government services even basic things like roads since they oppose all taxes. I would like to have heard Stacy address white GOP voters directly. She asked Kemp for precise plan to close gap for black business access to state funding. He filibustered. Blacks that came to Georgia to do business did so because of the energy created by Black entrepreneurs themselves.
libertarians recognize government services as unjust institutions which infantilize and force dependency upon the people, and therefore push for the abolition of these unjust institutions.
