Thanks for sharing your trips! I have a JK and really like the rear bumper you are running on yours. Will you let me know what it is?

It is a Rancho. It was actually their bumper/spare tire carrier. One of the swing away style. It was noisy, so I cut the tire carrier portion off and just kept the bumper. Hope that helps.

Oh boy, I am like your wife but I will be the driver!! We are leaving Sunday for Moab and have planned a guided trail for Fins N Things and Hell's Revenge. I would (if I still do it) bypass all four big obstacles. But the narrow fins are not my thing. I guess I decide after FNT if I still want to do HR.

Haha. She got nervous in a couple spots, but had a great time! Both trails are a blast. The scenery is amazing! You are doing them in the right order for sure. Hope you do them both!! Have fun!

Love your video and hearing all the comments along the way. Surprised you took the long, rough way out instead of the new (reconstituted as of last year) way out. Illness is keeping me out of Moab this year, but I sure appreciate reliving this trail through your lens. Thank you.

Thanks Doug! Glad you enjoyed it. Yeah, that exit was pretty lumpy, probably won't do that again:) The rest of the trail was unbelievable! The scenery in Moab is 2nd to none!! Get well soon!

Hey what size tire and lift? Looks like about a 3.5” lift with 35’s?

Good eye!! The TJ is 3 inches and 35’s. The Jk is 4” and 37’s.

Do you get any rubbing? I noticed you switched out your flares. I have the 6” wide warn flares like the ones you used to have. Did you switch for more wheel clearance? What gearing? Any lockers? I am headed down to Moab in the TJ first week of May and just doing some research. Just trying to figure out if I want to stick with 33’s or go for 35’s. I have a 3.5” lift. I have enjoyed your videos. Poison spider? Hells revenge, finds n things are all on my list.

@@kirkcranmer7456 Thanks Kirk!! Those 3 trails are amazing! We did Poison Spider 1st and saved Hells Revenge for last. The scenery on Hells is hard to beat. So, the old flares had gotten a little beat up and we decided to switch them out to Bush Whackers. Clearances are the same. We do get some rubbing though. It is only occasional and pretty minor. A little more lift would be better for clearance. I think a 3.5" lift would be about right for the 35's. After having the 35's I wouldn't go back to 33's, if that helps. 4.56 gears and Eaton lockers front and rear. Good on the street and on the trail:)
