Great video, but 5:02 took the icing on the cake! I love how ironically Arthur ignores his own advice to John, looking back at the good, the bad, and the ugly events that have transpired up until this point. Even laughing it off as he accepts his fate, picturing the future grave under his name with his love one(s) visiting. Knowing he did the absolute best he could and peacefully finding his redemption at the end. Arthur Morgan will always be a "Remembrance" for being a bad man who turned into such a good man. I've played hundreds of video games over my 26 years, Red Dead Redemption 2 is by far my favorite despite the amazing memories from other games like Mass Effect, Halo, Bioshock, Fallout and more. Arthur Morgan is far and away my favorite character.

5 years later and this is still the best game ever
Arthur Morgan is so brilliantly written as a character. Before he came to life, probably my favorite character was Joel Miller from TLOU, and while the latter is brilliantly written, Arthur surpasses him.
I think Arthur's character not only demonstrates the manly strength that all men are capable of when they choose to do so, but he also shows the same fears, insecurities, doubts, and uncertainties that I think everyone feels at certain points in their lives.
God Damn! This was so good. Calm, sad, inspirational, emotionally chaotic and absolutely beautiful. Bravo.

I wasn’t happy with how my OG video turned out and thought that a game such as RDR2 deserved a better and higher quality video, which I hope I delivered here. I did delete the OG video from the channel, so there isn’t a way to watch it, sorry about that.

You can always change the course of your life, you just need to have the courage to do so.
Arthur Morgan lived most of his life as a killer and a thief. He robbed good people, killed good people, and did several morally dubious things for money. After a diagnosis that can be described as little else than a great cosmic karma, he reaches a crossroads. The gang he has called family all his life is breaking apart. The man he saw as a hero and a role model is slowly descending into paranoia and madness, betraying the very things he believes in.
Arthur is then faced with a choice. With his time ticking down and the light at the end of the tunnel fast approaching, how does he want to be remembered?
"There is nothing to be afraid of, Mr. Morgan. Take a gamble that love exists, and do a loving act!"
"Maybe it's a sign, Arthur. Try and do the good thing."
And so Arthur chooses to spend the remainder of his life helping people. He's by no means a saint, but he is remembered as a good man despite his past.
This is no video game this is simply a master piece

What is it with games and killing off the MC at the end? Mass Effect, Cyberpunk, RDR2... blaze of glory is fine and well but so is happily ever after.
The curse of the hero, the hero never gets the happy ending for they sacrifice their happy ending for other's and what matters. For a hero does not for himself but others
