I like policy of software updates. They generally give 5 years of software updates and then security updates frequently. I shifted on iPhone for this reason only. I have placed a replacement for my iphone 13 pro on apple service centre as my iphone was heavily damaged , to which repair was not possible and i had to pay money for full unit replacement. I am afraid that they don’t handover a refurbished unit to me anyhow , how could i be fully assured or are there any checks for confirmation of that replaced unit being brand new . Will be getting the unit tomorrow. Kindly share if you have any correct information
