Just a suggestion: You should add a butterfly valve exhaust reroute so when you're cruising, no one would ever know it's a beast (quiet, no drone, etc), but when you get on it, you can open the valve to a dump right after the turbo. Electronically, it could be a throttle controlled valve (where if you're more than 70% throttle it opens the valve). Let me know what you think

Kyle you could maybe salvage that rubber gasket on the shift cables and use the original shift cable plate you removed to fab up some sort of dust cover. In the video it looked like they might fit together nicely, and would close that hole back up.

you can make a manual IACV by running a hose through the firewall with a 1/4" ball valve at the end. with the other side tapped into the manifold. works great
I have done many Honda auto to 5 speed swaps. Go back to the junk yard and get the complete pedal assembly from that prelude or a accord also get all the hardware and the clutch master cyl and line to the slave cyl. It should bolt into the van also don't forget to jump the nutral safety switch!
If you disconnect the whole harness from the ecu it'll make pulling and putting motor back in because all the plugs can be plugged back in when the motor is out. I believe only the abs harness and cruise control are the only other plugs that need unplugged besides the ecu
I would take out a center console from a 94-97 accord and fabricate it in there... Should bolt up quite nicely and you'll have a center storage thing with cupholders also
Are you gunna keep power steering? You should delete the ac components under the dash too. Less weight and better heat for winter! I used metal tape to block holes. Works good up here in NY.
you should get that flywheel balanced. the chance of those welds to be perfect aligned is minimal.. its easy and cheap to get done. otherwise it cause the engine to wear down fast. time it right before they go home and you might get it done for a sixpack or 2 :)
I have a Clutchmasters 725 series twin disc for my H22 prelude. It's the Street/Race series with 1 fiber disc and 1 cerametallic disc, I would highly recommend it over the competition clutch that has 2 metallic discs, The first 3 days of break in are a bitch, but after that the driveability and pedal stiffness get's much better after it breaks in a bit.
Mount the shifter to floor, cables & rubber under carpet. Lengthen shifter, also with bend. You could still use cubby/drawer. Make it look nice- not all cobbed together.

Tig welders are great, don't build enough heat to warp the ring gear unless you really go slow

You torqued down the flywheel wrong. I did not hear any uggah uggahs.
If you gotta do a motor mount on the van might as well pull the motor and boost that one while you're at it.
