Thank you for posting, Please accept my sincere compliments for both your videography and riding skills. I have viewed many ToD rides but yours truly gave me a feel for this legendary road. Excellent camera angles and great clean line riding. Thanks again.
I wish we had such roads in UK 🤣
Are you still running the AT in ?
Any feedback on how it handles with the 19" front and ES ?
Great relaxing ride by the way, enjoyed every turn with you, at one point i was leaning my head around 🤣🤣🤣
Your bike sounds great and is gorgeous. It's officially on my dream bike list, top 3.
I’m a Canadian and, over fifteen years, I’ve ridden The Dragon hundreds of times on many different bikes - mostly because I wanted to get to other places. In my opinion, the best thing about Deals Gap is telling lies around the campfire.
SMDSR- one of my bucket list rides (like most of us). The reputation has become, it's not safe anymore, a big rig, sports car of even another bike can (and sometimes does) plow right into you, leaving their lane and coming at you.
Sounds like you put the quick shifter on it.
Yes
Nice ride. What's the deal with all the pop sun shades on the side of the ride? I am from the east coast of Canada so the Tail of the Dragon is not close at all. I rode the Blue Ridge Parkway in 2008 as part of an 8000 mile North American with my wife on my 2003 HD Night Train, we camped in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park the night before doing riding the BRP. I had no idea the Tail of the Dragon existed back then or I would have ridden it, missed opportunity.
Re: pop sun shades. Professional photographers set up at certain corners. Note your pass time and you can go to their sites, look for your photos in watermarked/low res and purchase hi res photos of any you like.
@@danipokornik9463 Thanks. I never would have guessed that.
@@Sasquatch_by_Day-nv3yh you are welcome. Manitoban now living in Georgia. Couple hours to Tail of the Dragon from my place. I only go when visiting riders want to ride it. Plenty of other awesome roads close by that I appreciate more.
