Nice one Rich! I also got soaked to death on Monday running in that torrential rain!! Went to Rising Sun for 5 miles last night after work with my red GN 10k top on too ha, wonder whether I just missed you. Hope it was a nice run, good work man. 🙂
@@DeeJay_78 yeah it was a lovely run thanks. I was out about half 6 and the park was really busy. Don't normally do two 5 miles on consecutive days but the weather was so nice I just had to get out
@@abitrich68 I was out about the same sort of time and ran down the Wagonway but the opposite direction and finished at the car park at the end. Must have literally just missed you man! Never noticed that shortcut at the metro station which takes you through the industrial estate and onto Whitley Road. I always run to the Wheatsheaf and battle that hill. Really glad I discovered that - thanks!! Think we're doing Druridge Bay or maybe Durham parkrun on Sat so will let you know how I get on.
@@DeeJay_78 Druridge Bay is great, it's fast you'll love it. Never done Durham but heard it's a really nice one, mainly on grass but a couple of bridges. Think we're doing Whitley Bay this week, or maybe Rising Sun if it doesn't rain
