Now the Russian minister tasked with overseeing the reconstruction of the city has ended up in court. Deputy Defence Minister Timur Ivanov has been accused by the Russian authorities of corruption. But is that really why Moscow has moved against him?

I’ve heard that Ivanov was hacked by the Ukrainian Security Services, who used his Ministry access to turn the Russian Military inside-out and that’s recently been discovered. This is his punishment for being incompetent at his job, an incompetence that’s borderline treasonous. Everyone in the Russian hierarchy is vulnerable to these corruption charges if they make a mess of their main role 🤷🏻♀️

But let's be real, the minister really doing "God's work," or was it more like playing Robin Hood with the MOD's coffers? Who's gonna step up to fill those shoes now? Euros 35 Billion + USD 61 Billion = USD $98 Billion in Aid....that if some countries instead send their already "OLD" existing military equipment at a better price or price for 2 and they use the budget and price to manufacturer and replace their own military arsenal with "NEW" machines,all while keeping creating Jobs locally....the US 80% Localization of funds used on their weapons is an effect strategy to keep providing Ukraine with military weapons "At a faster Rate of Transfer" 1xInternal payment from US treasry to US military and ship the weapons same day and then transfer the money to buy new weapons to replace their inventory. That way they can prolong the war and little to no costs.
