NEXEN UNIVERCITY "THE INFINITY WALL"

d’strict has introduced 30M*7M (Horizontal*Vertical size) of LED display project, depicting NEXEN TIER’s infinite potential, “The Infinity Wall” in Nexen’s New R&D Center Lobby in Seoul , “Nexen UniverCity”
“The Infinity Wall” communicates with audiences by telling the story of Nexen Tire’s core value and management philosophy through “Story mode”, share feelings, create a highly emotionally charged atmosphere beyond the construction and interior through “Mood mode”. Weather, time, news are delivered creatively and intuitively in real-time through “Message mode”.
Flat LED display’s transformation to a new three-dimensional space were possible thanks to well-planned and creative concept along with intuitive video creation power of d’strict. d’strict announced a re-creation of Nexen UniverCity’s lobby space into a public media space that can be the talk of the town.
The demand of public media in order to attract more people’s attention is increasing, particularly where a number of people are gathering such as Hotel, Resort, Casino and office buildings. d’strict is transforming public spaces into attractive public media places through overflowing creativity.

디스트릭트는 서울 강서구 마곡에 신축된 넥센타이어의 R&D 센터 “Nexen UniverCity” 내 1층 로비공간에 가로 30M, 세로 7M 규모의 LED 디스플레이를 활용하여 넥센타이어의 무한한 가능성의 세계를 담은 미디어 월, “The Infinity Wall”을 구축하였습니다.
“The Infinity Wall”은 넥센타이어의 경영철학과 핵심가치를 상징적으로 커뮤니케이션하는 “스토리 모드” 콘텐츠와 로비 공간을 단순한 건축 및 인테리어의 요소를 너머 분위기를 극대화시키고 감성을 공유할 수 있는 체험 공간으로 탈바꿈시킨 “무드 모드” 콘텐츠, 날씨, 시간, 뉴스 등 실시간 데이터를 감각적이고 직관적으로 표현할 수 있는 “메시지 모드” 콘텐츠로 구성되어 있으며, 평면 LED 디스플레이를 입체적인 또 하나의 공간으로 탈바꿈시킨 연출 컨셉과 감각적인 영상 제작을 통해 디스트릭트는 “Nexen UniverCity”를 많은 대중들에게 회자될 수 있는 퍼블릭 미디어가 설치된 공간으로 재탄생시켰습니다.
오피스, 호텔, 리조트, 카지노 등 많은 집객 시설에서 사람들의 시선을 끄는 퍼블릭 미디어에 대한 수요는 지속적으로 증가하고 있습니다. 디스트릭트는 압도적인 Creative 결과물을 통해 다양한 형태의 퍼블릭 미디어를 보다 주목할만 한 디스플레이로 바꾸어 가고 있습니다.

South Korea is a global leader in electronics, digital displays, semiconductor devices, and mobile phones but not Modern art.

I drowned when I was 3 or 4 y.o. I can't stand looking at underwater picture or water (thalassophobia IIRC). But I can look at this 'coz I know it's not real. Same with anime/cartoon, unless it looks real it's not too bad.
