There’s always bough work to spread around. Come on. It’s called. Doing the best job and buying them out. I think he’s focusing more on this. If not. You don’t have to be the face of a painting company

friend, i have never asked for a loan here in the united states, less to buy a house. Do you know if the bank lends money to buy a house and also to renovate it? If so, this is a good option or is it better to invest money from your own pocket, or just ask a little from the bank and the rest with your own money... and the last question, how to do the numbers correctly, how to know How soon to sell the house, so that in the event of unforeseen events, get off well? How do you estimate the costs depending on each state? like finding a good contractor to do the renovation. Oh there are many questions, and I could ask many more,🙈 but if you could answer me I would be very grateful friend.
The loan you are referring to is called a Fix and Flip loan. It is usually a 6 -12 month interest only loan. After the property is fully renovated you can refinance into a DSCR or sell the property.

Passing the Contractor exam is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don't have time for your studies l'd advise you get yourself a help like Mr James
I've always believed Contractor exam( getting the General license) is not for all but studying, you need God's grace to pass
