In that scene, Guy is referring to a place and Eep recognizes this, which is why she seems astonished, since now she is talking about a location. Even Grug says that Tomorrow isn't a place, meaning they know it's a term used for time.

Especially because of the time between release, if they only waited a year between release it would've been half as bad

This is one of the best 'EWW's he's done, imo. Not too overly negative, genuinely funny jokes, and can appreciate a film while still pointing out its flaws. This is the kind of content I miss.

Probably because illumination bought the studio, and illumination doesn't really care if a potential sequel will be good, as long as it makes money.

Gonna be honest I didn't know any of the actors/actresses in this, so knowing that Papa Crood was Nic Cage makes the movie funnier to me

I LOVE this movie. It made me cry tears of joy, and it was so beautiful, i hope the sequel keeps the good Croods charm.
Well it certainly did, at least in my opinion. I liked it better than the first movie, even.

I was told to wait by my friends who absolutely loved this movie. Both times I dinged the narration.
Honestly this wasnt a bad 'EWW'. He pointed out legitimate writing/animation errors and wasn't unwarrentedly pessimistic. The Croods still remains a fantastic movie that you should watch though.

Exactly. I see so many people bash THIS movie, yes, THIS of all movies because "haha dumb caveman go brrr" when its legitimately one of the best animated films of all time. Like such a creative world, stunning animation, and philosophical messages and themes. Cant say I'm surprised tho bc Megamind and Shrek were all shat on before people started to appreciate them for how good they were. Sorry, I just fucking loved this film and am completely baffled by the flack it gets.

returning to this video after the croods FINALLY got put on uk netflix. i watched it again for the first time in years and have only been reminded of how much i love it. its such a batshit movie that somehow ended up being incredible. its crazy how i never hear people talk about it because its genuinely one of my favourite movies, and i think a lot of its flaws are what make it so appealing to me in a way
