You might have done something wrong with experience. For putting an hero/henchman out of action, only heros earn experience - not henchmen. Nevertheless nice Game - keep it up!

It is. Just checked the Vault. The whole campaign has been reuploaded here, with most of it locked away in the vault. I hope they at least have the decency to release the episodes to the public over time like it was done originally. It seems the other episodes aren't accessible in the vault. Clicking on them just refreshes the main page...
Umm You get one parry and if you have a second sword or buckler you can reroll that parry. So, maybe you have a house rule that negates it. Also Henchmen don't get xp for kills unless that is also a house rule.
Maybe I am wrong, and I too like Space Elfs, but... "The Eldar and the Exile", surely you meant "Elder", like in the title, not as it is written in the video´s text...?!
I think I spotted a mistake... at 21:37 one of the sisters "goes down" to an injury roll of 2 but is placed face down as though "stunned", then at 23:10 the character is removed following the attacking a stunned enemy rule which should not have been possible. Great to see some Mordheim again, I'll be following the campaign with interest.
So I may be mistaken but I feel like you handled the pistols in melee incorrectly, my understanding is that they just add an extra attack but you still just use the stats of your primary weapon. And having a brace of pistols doesn't confer any extra attacks, it just removes the need to reload between shots. It's been a few years since I last played mordheim but I'm fairly sure that's how it works.
Narrator: It was not. Pistols are a single attack that is Strength 4, -1 Armour Save. Two pistols form a Brace and you will have a maximum of 2 attacks while using the brace. You cannot reload in melee so Pistol and Lance are the only weapons you can swap for another weapon, shield or buckler for your second round of Combat. Pistols can be parried, unless the defender is Strength 2, even if the model firing the pistol is not Strength 4. That about wraps up the interactions of pistols in melee.

You are right, the game system is 24 years old and it shows. It deserves a fresh more modern ruleset for the combat but should keep the weird narrative events between combat
