Very nice, succinct and clear steps. The punch line is "reduce the losses". Although, your ROI calculation is flawed. When you got a loss in 2nd trade, you needed extra capital. Your starting capital should be 1lakh and not 50k.

We should also consider the fact that we might lose out on few winning trades when we exit them at a particular loss because it could have turned into a winning trade. The 75% winning probability would go down a bit since we are not letting the trade run its full course.
Hi saketh... i backtested your strategy on nifty from jan 2020 to Dec-2020 to check whether this strategy can give good return during such highly trending market due to covid. It has been observed that it is giving a loss of more than 100% during that 1 year. If I would have incurred 10 lakhs on this strategy, entire 10 lakhs would have blown out during that year. Could you also make video on how to adjust strangle and come out with decent returns (approx 20%) even during such highly trending markets. BTW, i backtested the same for 2019 and it has turn out to be whooping 74% annual return as the market was in consolidation during 2019. Excellent work you guys are doing... Pls continue the same to share knowledge...

I've seen adjustment based on Delta and price but this adjustment is pretty different. You are waiting till breakeven and then starting adjustment. may be for monthly strangle this may work. but most of the people are into weekly strangles and it is highly easier to adjust based on price match or delta I believe.

Very good content. Need some clarification on the POP part, though. In the 3rd minute of the video, while explaining the importance of adjustment, POP was 75%. But in the subsequent practical examples, the POP was around 65% only. So, I guess that we have to fix up a certain delta, say 15, 20 etc to ensure that POP is not below a preset limit. I personally feel that by selling around 15 delta, we can ensure 75% POP. Request you to advise the minimum POP and the required delta. Thanks.
