You should travel to NYC. There is a Chinatown in Manhattan where a lot of people speak Cantonese and some speak Taishanese, and a Chinatown in Brooklyn where a lot of people speak Fujianese. There is also a lot of Chinese speakers in Flushing, Queens that speak a few different dialects.
