Wonderful ma'am. I learnt a lot from this video because I am working on my communication skills. We must improve our communication skills because it's our basic need. I am a teacher of maths so I need to communicate students everytime. When they ask questions to me then I have to reply in same language.
Very good most practical interactive training tips in building confidence levels. Trainer command and control over the trainee participants appeared to be hypnotic.
