Also, even illegal immigrants with no DL and no car insurance still able to pick up orders.
Its crazy to think drivers with no DL can drive around the city delivering orders.
The same problem exists on the East Coast. 👍👍
What happened to the id verification? We got these frauds with 4 accounts destroying the gig economy. We need the id before shift badly

You can use 1 account to login with multiple phones. iv had my 1 account on 2 andriods and 1 apple. along with a tablet to.
If u get orders from UE and DD on 2 phones going the same direction but not the same neighborhood u can airplane mode the phone that has the further order until u are done with the first drop off.

DD has a 15 min policy also. If your GPS doesn't ping a accurate location for you within 15 mins they will reassign that dash regardless if you have already picked up the order. And if that has happened as long as you were able to confirm pick up at the restaurant Doordash will pay you half of the pay for that dash.
That's why it only works if they are in the same direction. U airplane mode further order when going off main roads into the first Drop offs neighborhood.

probably not identity theft. Most likely using accounts of friends or family . With identity theft It's gonna be pretty tricky to get paid having to set up a full bank account.
I think they would just funnel it to their own created bank accounts, under their original name
@@mooshi902 anything is possible and you'd be surprised how many guys I know with multiple accounts under the same name. Apparently all you really need is a different email and phone line. I think these companies are so big they can't keep track of everything.

I asked a woman that had 2 phones, she said she had two accounts with dash, one with just her first and last name using one phone number and the other was with her first name middle initial and last name using a different phone number. She’s been doing it 7 years and is making over $100k. I think it would be too confusing for me but I’m a newbie.
What about the social security number? Was she an illegal immigrant?
Used phones are super cheap and three devices on one hot spot works just fine. My whole family of 4 used to pokemon go together and each had their own device but only 1 had a decent data plan. It works even if the devices are pretty far apart.
Running the apps on different devices make it much easier than task switching on one phone. If you can multiapp on one you can do it on more.

because the terms of service for all of the apps, state that they basically have control over your phone when you are "working" for them. they can see if you are taking orders and moonlighting another delivery service at the same time.
if he delivering for 4 apps, he has one on each phone so they cant see what he is doing and therefore he cant get deactivated

I just started using two phones, but each phone on a different app. I usually keep UE open, and since my AR is below 50% on DD, I can’t dash anytime, so by using the other phone for DD, I can quickly see when a zone turns red and can get on right away

I asked a driver I saw using 2 phones at a restaurant and he told me one was his and one was his wife’s. He was logged into and using both accounts. He said that he had an advantage that he and his wife’s traditional Asian names were gender neutral to most common people and he has never been questioned by a customer when delivering.
I believe with DD all you need is a separate email and phone number to be able to have a account.
I have seen another gig worker using 2 phones here in NY. I believe he had 1 on DD and the other one was on Uber Eats.
That’s why Uber says hey we need a photo to allow you to use the app at times.
People do this and use there families accounts. Work smarter not harder.

You supply your ss# so that you are 1099, and that is verified with the IRS before they approve your account.
Well I'd like to use 2 phones at a time for door dash. One so I can take inside the restaurant and to the customer's door and the other for navigation and accepting orders. I haven't tried it, but just having to take the phone off the car mount and usually unplugging it is a lot of trouble.

I might try multi phoning with my son’s phone and wife’s dd account on a really slow day just to see if it actually increases my productivity.

Anything that balances the playing field in a driver’s favor is ok by me.
Android phones can leave open 3 windows with a split screen and a PIP so multiapping with multiple phones doesn't make sense
He probably used number share which allows you to use more than 1 line on same acclint and peonably used family members to sign up other accounts

In my market its due to people using different apps. I've even thought about trying it because sometimes I wonder if the connection would be better on each phone. Who knows tho.

I have to take one all the time. I haven't used eats in a few weeks but when I was I had to take a face picture every day.

Unrelated question. My DD on time rate has a decimal after it. I've done more than 100 orders. If it is number of on time out of the last 100 then shouldn't it always be a round number?
I don’t think that rating is even accurate. I’ve been 97% for almost 700 deliveries.

Where are you located if you don't mind I ask? I live in Portland USA, and seems most drivers here multi-app just fine. Not that I've done myself, so I don't really know.

I live in Massachusetts and had to submit my drivers license and also had to go through a background check. I'm not sure how they could get away with multiple accounts.
