I've seen a lot of videos like this adapting S/V songs into older soundfonts, but this one genuinely stands above the others in terms of how well it actually sounds like a song from that generation.
In a parallel universe Chi-yu, wo-chien and Ting Lu were a trio only for Chien-Pao to come and fuck it up in pla The forces of nature hinting towards an Indian region and erasing kitakami from the map, forming a straight connection from Paldea to Kalos, without kitakami as a big fucking mountain
This fits so well. The theme reminds me of the lake guardians and swords of justice which is nice bc that used to be the best part of finding the side legends was their themes. Sounds like it’d fit either gen
Oh my gosh this is a masterpiece I love the normal version of the song already but this is just 1 million times better cuz I love the old game type music and to hear this song as like a song from gen 1 or somethin it’s just a masterpiece you are very talented. 👏
These different sound font videos make you realize that a big reason Pokémon's soundtrack is such an amazing part of the franchise is because they all feel very different, which in turn gives very distinct atmospheres to each game.

This is AMAZING!!! This song is by far my favorite of the new soundtrack since it’s so similar to the gen 3-5 music style when it came to legendary music. It sounds dangerous, mysterious and powerful!
This is amazing!!! What software did you use to compose with the Pokémon Diamond and Pearl soundfont? I would love to try it, I have always loved the DS soundfonts :)
Gen4 soundfont is easy to search & download on the Internet. and the software is Musescore. Of course, Musescore's default settings don't have Pokémon Soundfonts, so you need to add for yourself. I assume its way is not so difficult, but too long to write here. If troubled, feel free to ask me again.
@@elnino4dlate Ohh, okay! I remember trying to use the BW soundfonts on musescore like a year or so ago but it didn’t work out, maybe I’ll be able to figure it out this time :)
Are you just remaking Gen 9 themes in the DPPt sounfont, or are other generations up for grabs? I've been wondering what the Stow on Side town theme, or the Slumbering Weald would sound like and you seem like just the chap for the job!
I just started from about 2w ago, so I'm now concentrated to trending Gen 9 to make myself known. After a while I will probably do other gens but I don't know when that will be so I can't promise! sorry...(I can now say only this: I listened to the referred two and certainly DPPt sounds would fit)

The original of this song reminded me a lot of the Axelf/Uxie/Mespirit theme, so it really fits well in DPPT soundfont!
