Pride & Fear are what cause accidents. Some worker are to proud to take safety precautions serious. Some workers to afraid to tell them not to do something. The proud arrogant worker is killed or gets others killed by setting a bad example Experience workers die often because they think the got it all figured out. Watch workers who don't take criticism lightly. Tell them firmly not to do something. If they get angry or talk about you to others. Fire them because Life is more valuable then friendships
