Improvised This is a straight up lie lmao, flash was and still is very strong. I know many of the top flashes and they can all attest to him being like top 10 at least. Him having bad matchups doesn’t mean he struggled, he’s still a character that needs one touch to win a round

@@gothamcitygoon2491 Flash had a couple of 6-4 MUs a fuck ton of 5-5 MUs and two or three 7-3 MUs. A character with that many bad match ups will never be top tier. He struggled pretty bad against characters with good buttons and zoners in general. He was mid tier at best, even Honeybee a Flash main said he was mid tier.
