I’ve just been getting back into the game after about 5 years and this channel has been a trip down memory lane filled with nostalgia. It's always nice to hear people open up about mental health. I appreciate you using your platform to share some wisdom. I remember my first semester at university (damn i'm about to need my second hand to count the years) was pretty rough from the expectations i set for myself. I didn't drink or party yet my gpa went from a 3.8 to... academic probation. I pushed myself too hard to the point of burn out but when i realized it wasn't the end of the world I got better about cutting myself slack. "Trying your best" doesn't mean pushing yourself to a breaking point. When i feel overwhelmed with tasks I do at least one or two things instead of nothing at all. That little bit of self-gratification goes a looong way
Great advice I've also learned as of late, as someone who's gone through a lot of similar stuff, this was a nice reminder for me to not keep needing unrealistic expectations of myself, so thanks a lot! Merry Christmas!

The past two months it’s started to take a toll on my body and I’m trying my hardest to stay even a week clean, I’m watching this as a sign that my favorite ytuber posted this. i’m determined to eradicate this disease.

You're so real for this. I just checked on this channel again bc I watched you in my Sophomore/Junior year of HS for Wiz and was surprised to see this video. I relate to the mental health struggles, I just started college in fall and really don't like the college/place I'm at rn (No shade to Wisconsin, it's just not for me). I plan to transfer somewhere else but it's difficult because I need to maintain a very high GPA to have a chance and every mistake I make, no matter how small, feels suffocating. This video is exactly what I needed as exams are coming up soon and I am very nervous about those. Hope you're doing well now and thank you for making this video!

Look at the bright side, there are a lot of sick people out there with no sign of help, in the hospital, with no credit, that had lost everything etc, if you have all that, you are in way better shape, life is not easy or simple, we fight until they put that nice message , rest in peace, in the mean time we fight for survival period.
