When I get into the body and be still , it’s not always easy to stay. I feel so much adrenaline and overwhelming energy that I can’t tame, it brings up feelings of fear and it’s a struggle often to feel calm. I have no idea what I fear. Maybe my own power. I can get into the body and dance and feel free but when I’m still it feels uncomfortable... there is something that always tries to run out of the stillness.
This was very helpful thank you! I do want to touch on what if you’re feeling uncomfortable feelings in your body and built up tension. I notice this and all it does is remind me of why im feeling the way I am feeling and it puts me back in my mind again.
@@kylewesley453 we have suppressed, stored emotions in the body that we rejected or ran from and they stayed. When we are feeling uncomfortable in the body it is important to not judge the feeling or to create a story about why you’re feeling this way. Thats what the mind does and then the mind fuels the emotion and the emotion then fuels the thoughts. So, you want to observe the feeling in the body, feel the tension without labeling it as “bad” and sit with it. It will dissipate if you just feel and don’t think. Then be aware to do this everytime that certain stored emotion comes up and it will eventually leave your body. It just wants to be felt, accepted and let go but it can’t leave if you resist and create story as to why.
Desires make us chaotic. You can not turn off all desires. You can only have a hope to fulfill desires. The real it gets the more focused we are, the less chaos it gets. Big chaos = no clues how to reach our goals. How to make this situation change? By making connection with others through feeling their life guilt. That is phonomenon.
@@theinternalgame Yes I will explain this as briefly as possible - it's hard to connect with others when we want to sell them something and get something from them. There's a way to do this by imagining that those we are addressing feel guilty, they carry guilt for not trying hard enough, not working out enough at the gym, not working well enough, earning too little because they're not smart or developed enough, not taking care of their relationships with their children, with their spouses. We all have this feeling that we haven't done something well enough. This guilt connects us, and then we are able to have that connection with others and then we can speak to people's problems and offer them solutions through empathy and a genuine message. We become original and unique because our message differs from others, we're direct, not focusing so much on the offer and the product but on how we talk to others and to their guilt and their problems. In this way we become effective and earn much much more than other people because people pay attention to us.

for me, pregnancy stopped it all. it literally did. OVERNIGHT. I did my best, I tried my all, I watched every single possible RUclips video and nothing helped. Let me not lie, I hadn't meditated back then at all because I was just too tired to move at all and suffering in my bed was the easiest thing I could do. then I got pregnant.....I STILL CANNOT EXPLAIN WHAT TOOK PLACE THAT WEEK BUT I NATURALLY WENT INTO THIS MOST BEAUTIFUL MOST RELAXING MEDITATIVE MODE that I'm still in 5 months later...all I remember is praying so hard for this feeling, not saying how I want to get to it but just that I want it so bad...and here it is. I don't even wanna talk about it too much fearing I'd lose it again...
@@youngandrichwoo and I understand the part about not wanting to talk about it. Eckhart Tolle says stuff like the truth can never be told. It can only be felt. So that’s awesome that you just said that.

I like this , it's good advice. Being in the body and not identified with the mind, even through something as simple as focussing on our breathing.
