This is 2021 Vladdy. Still waiting for that player to return consistently, don’t know what happened to him. 48 HRs 111 RBIs .311/.401/.601 Dont know if we ever see that player again
@@DarrenLucas-up6ki OH stop. The HRS he hit there were gone in any park. Vlad doesn't hit wall scrapper HRs. Also, his numbers at Rogers center that same season OPS wise were above .900 lol
@@Lanse1984 It was in Denver in Mile Stadium, when Denver was a AAA team, the ball was absolutely crushed, so yes he did it just wasn't at the major league level.
@@Rye-jl2fk he should have caught that pop up the blue jays shortstop and 3bman watched drop onto the dirt. Caught Hamiltons homer, and called for an intentional walk of Duran with firstbase open after the horrendous balk call 🤣
Someone has to explain to me why that reliever was in the game in that situation. Called up from the minors this morning after a horrendous start in the big leagues this year. & you bring him into the game in this situation????? Make it make sense.
It took 30 seconds from the time he made contact with the ball to when he touched home plate. In between those 30 seconds, there was a stand-and-admire, a slow walk, a pants hike, a skip, a bat flip, an exaggerated rounding of 1st base while looking at the crowd, a stop-and-start before 3rd base, a shush-the-crowd, and a "praise God" gesture. Baseball in 2024, everyone! *Yes, I understand he hit it 471 feet, so he can celebrate how he wants... no problem with that whatsoever. It just seems like celebrating has become a little too ridiculous now. 6,000 Major League home runs (on average) are hit every year, so it's not a rare occurrence. Curious to see how far these guys take it... will someone walk the entire way around the bases with their bat still in their hand? That would probably start a fight, haha.

lol and that was in a triple a stadium yet to hit 40 in there actual stadium
@@DarrenLucas-up6ki that might be it, his home stats were insane that season
@@jayjayfrmstatefarm9363 yea I mean I hate to say it but I noticed that 2021. I mean the dimensions may be kinda close but it was enough to help him
He had more than 20 hr in mlb parks and buffallo has major league dimensions

still waiting on him to recapture some of that 2021 season. We're at the end of June and that's only his 10th homer. We need to see more of this.
He benefited from a triple a stadium yet to do it in Toronto
Now what if his 2021 was just a linsanity run, and the vlad we've seen has been his actual play?
@@DarrenLucas-up6ki He hit a .930 OPS at Rogers in 21 lol stop with the fake narrative.

Imagine walking outside of Fenway, hearing the crowd get loud and then taking an almost 500ft invisible bomb in the head? Monster shot!

Yeah. He signed with another team, 3 years ago.
For some reason I just think something changed positively after he trimmed up those hair.
