I'm pretty sure my e92 has the same turn signals an e60 and I love them. I used a programer thing to change the momentary setting from 3 ticks to 5 because I felt like that worked better but the signals themselves seem to work great.

To be fair, Acura themselves used joke #2 in their marketing for the NSX when it launched in the early 90s. A TV ad set in Italy's wine region had an elderly man asking (in Italian with English subtitles) his 30-something son if his new car was a Ferrari. To which the reply was "No, papa...Acura." To be fair, Acura themselves used joke #2 in their marketing for the NSX when it launched in the early 90s. A TV ad set in Italy's wine region had an elderly man asking (in Italian with English subtitles) his 30-something son if his new car was a Ferrari. To which the reply was "No, papa...Acura."
Acura was very proud of the fact that it looked just as good yet outperformed the the 348, was far more reliable and a fraction of the cost.
I remember this commercial quite vividly as if it were yesterday because I was obsessed with the NSX, being in my mid-teens at the time.
To follow that up, the same ad campaign had one set in Germany for the Vigor sports sedan. One businessman turned to another and asked "Ist Deutches auto? (Is that a German car?)" Reply: "nein...Acura".
