Queen Millennia (1981) | The Spiritual Successor to Galaxy Express 999

Anyways, I'm finally back with another video. Today I'm taking a look at the 1981 anime called Shin Taketori Monogatari: 1000-nen Joou or just Queen Millennia in English. This sci-fi drama served as a sort of spiritual successor to Galaxy Express 999, when that show stopped airing on TV in Japan. It sadly never became as popular and ultimately had 10 episodes cut from it's runtime. But despite this, I still think this show is worth your time.
