- This pirate visited the largest privately owned home in the United States March 19th 2019 in order to pillage and plunder the amazing treasures inside...however there be spirits in this place mates! Check out the photos at the end of the video!
I have been to the Biltmore about 4 time and have aways wondered if it was haunted. I would live to actually get to spend the night in the house and just walk around each room.
Same! Some of the stories I have been told by those staying there overnight are terrifying but very cool!
I didn’t go looking for ghosts, I went to look at all of the beautiful things not even knowing that the estate has a haunted history. When I walked into the indoor pool (which I think if I remember correctly was underground) I remember getting super cold and feeling suddenly very panicked and like I needed to get out of the pool room right away. However I was stuck in a slow moving line and had to deal with it as I just kept getting more and more panicked. I didn’t learn until I left the house and googled it that a lot of visitors feel that that room is very haunted. Scary!

You don't know the story behind that pool area? Notice the ropes hanging down? Now go online and look up the pictures that the Podesta brothers, John and Tony, had hanging in their homes. They are of children, naked except for red shoes, with their hands and feet bound. Some of the pictures are in that same pool area and you can see the same ropes hanging down. What was done to these children is beyond imagination. Look up the term "adrenochrome" and you will understand why they were tortured and murdered. Then look up the history of the red shoes if you can find it. It has to do with the eating of flesh. It's gruesome but this is the life of the elite.
I went today and felt the same thing. I was extremely uncomfortable but couldn’t really place why
I went this weekend for a tour and loved it. One guest bedroom I went into I got an unusual feeling of comfort and peace. Thus reason looking for information on possible spirits residing in home. If I was a spirit, I would stay in this home too. Well cared for and the views are amazing.

I went last weekend….. it’s an OLD house with ALOT of history so I definitely believe somethings are going on and still there from the past

I visited the house yesterday, everywhere else in the house was around 70 degrees and no ac. I went into the basement and stood in front of that room with the shadowy figure and it was freezing. Could this be a sign of a evil spirit? I felt very uneasy and nauseous going into the basement.
Oh wow Geneva! I am thinking you got a 1st hand experience of that dark presence! Scary but cool at the same time! I remember feeling uneasy in front of that room but didn’t see the shadowy figure until I looked at the photo later. I want to visit the Biltmore again now!
As a worker at Biltmore I can confirm that the house was air conditioned when you visited, the cold air is pumped into the sub-basement which is why the basement (one floor above) is always quite cold in the summer. We try to hide the Industrial A/C units below the south terrace in the summer.
2 signs of a haunting
I went in there June 2019.Mighty hot and muggy in there to me.That place gave me the creeps.The green house away from the house was awesome. @Can-rk6yj
Like I said before we need the most Haunt from the England TV show and Ghost Adventures from the Travel Channel to do this mansion

I went here last year and caught a couple cool orbs. The one that I found super cool is when I caught an orb in a photo near the fire place in the library. I was told that this was George Vanderbilt Favorite room before taking the picture.

I visited the estate as a child. I definitely recall feeling some strange energy in the library and the dining hall. I wasn't really a big believer in the supernatural then but it did feel very eerie like something was there.
Alright now I really wanna go... That is so kool you video'd it.. I heard they didn't want any cameras at all there at one point...
Lol! Now it is just no flash photography signs. It is very dark conditions, very challenging without a flash. Lol!

All I can say is that “person” wasn’t there when I took the photo. The outfit they are wearing resembles a military type uniform. I like to disprove ghost pictures but I cannot explain these 2 photos.
I worked there for almost 2 years and I can tell you that I have had few things happen to me ...I was maintance engineer night shift ...and u was truly scared few times..alot of old past stuff happen there ..I think there are ghost there to .....
Wow, no kidding! That is very cool! The Biltmore is a beautiful mansion! The artwork and furnishings are amazing! I did this RUclips video of our visit and just wanted to share how amazing it was. Ghostly pictures there were the last thing I was thinking about when I visited. Lol! My camera can shoot in very low light. I had to keep waiting for people to move on ahead so they didnt show up in the picture if there were reflective surfaces nearby. I guess that is why I was so surprised by these 2 images. Thanks for watching! I wouldn’t want to walk around that place at night haunted or not haunted! Lol!
You done great job of showing builtmore.....and you know that's how it goes your not looking for anything that's when it happens ....I never thought anything untill strange things began to happen to me ....one night I was over at hotel working on 4th floor when me and anouther worker heard a woman screaming we could not find anyone we had that floor blocked off because we where working on all rooms ...it happens 2 more times and it was screaming very high pitch ...we could not find anything..we went to cameras and did not see anyone going to that floor when that happen it not only scared me but it scared me to the core it took hours and could not shake it off ......lol
