This is your first 3 levels since Sam and Jordan left. Hello to Lou and Chris! I also noticed a new format where the three levels were interspersed instead of each build being by itself. While htis gave it much more of a horse race vibe, it made it more difficult keep track of which techniques were used in Chris' level (2).
Yeah I likes the prior format a bit better of each build being its own section.
I definitely agree
@@The_Professor98 +1
I agree
Totally agree. I almost forgot there was a level 2 until the end!
Great video! I do think I like it better though where it’s edited to go through each project start to finish vs jumping back and forth between them…. Easier to follow
Was just thinking that, I don’t know the guys so was trying to remember which was which
True, terrible editing.
@@jordantallmanpao4061 Oh, come on. There's the guy with the beard and cap, the guy with the... Oh, wait. 🤦🏻♂️
Excuse me, sir.. But Jordan kicked your ass on that particular build off. Regardless, it's great to have the '3 Levels of' segment back. I always appreciate the variety of techniques and skillsets in one video.
Watch it Jon..... watch it
I second this!
The medium one is definitely my favourite! The 2 color tone suits so well! Love the 3 levels btw!
Yep. mine to
you have bad taste
This was a great return to the Beginner to Pro series. Lou was a true beginner DIY weekend warrior build, Chris was a legit build someone with a little experience can churn out and John goes H.A.M. on the details. All three look great but how can you not want a solid Walnut end table in your house.
Love seeing 3 levels coming back, although I did prefer the old structure where you go through each build in it's entirety then moved onto the next
Love the series. again I would love 3 levels of picnic table. . with summer coming up and the Beast sawmill outdoor area getting refreshed I think a few tables out there would be good to have and seeing 3 levels same as this video would be nice!!
I second the motion!!
Yay! Three levels has returned. Watched the video with my 8 year old this morning and now he wants to have a build off with me. Thanks for the content.
That’s awesome, happy building
I really love watching the "3 Level" episodes. In this case, I feel like I could do the most basic, aspire to the middle, and flat out lie to everyone about having done John's after buying it from him. Good stuff! It is what makes Sunday more than just the day before you start work all over again. Thanks.
John killed the dove tails and drawer face and the legs! I guess that’s pretty much his whole table😂
New format is superior to the old one. Nice job everyone.
My 4 year old daughter walked past me during the end/b-roll and said John's was beautiful. Had to replay it so she could watch it again.
man that walnut table was incredible, id love that in my house
Glad to see this series back, the new guys are doing great at it.
I like the format where you do one level at a time. I get lost with the montage of them all at once.
That walnut is siiick… great build guys
I'm a fan of level 2. I can imagine in the dark it'll look like a floating draw 👏
I love this series! As a woodworker I love seeing different inspirations for possible projects. I also think it would be cool to see one done with a boardgame table.
Love the dovetail technique!! Hand tools is for suckers!
Chris has my vote. Simple but classy and that contrast really pops 👌🏼
That's probably the most efficient/repeatable dovetail construction I've seen short of using a dovetail jig. Fantastic video!
Honestly I like the newest guys the best.. John killed it and you too Lou.. maybe just a personal preference? Nice job new guy!
Chris… Chris is the newest guy.. nice job Chris
Think this is my first taste of 3 levels and the timing couldn’t come better, got a load of wood down the garage that I’m gonna be using next week. The detail on the pro level drawer is insane and definitely makes me want to get a table saw just to do that coping method. Love the vid
would love to see a reaction to you all showing each other your builds!
Glad you were able to bring this series back!
lots of fun watching this. I vote for batchelor #2.
Yay! 3 levels is back!! I would love a more detailed video on the integrated handle technique. That's super cool and doesn't require any specialty tools!
Fantastic to see this series return! This series was awesome to watch when Jordan and Sam were around! The format of the new series seems really professional and was great to follow!
I love the look of the amateur!!
Nice job, folks! I like the Amateur version.
Love the pro table. I think you could make a whole bedroom collection in that style. Maybe you should try it.
the second one is my favourite, but the 3rd is beautiful and need a lot of skill. Good job !!!
That is a beautiful piece of wallnut
Walnut the favourite, nice build
I love the 3 levels builds! Awesome to see them back.
I'm with Chris on this one. I love the look.
I love the 3 levels series.
Skill is all about how much effort one wants to put into learning and how creative and “out of the box” you can be. A first year craftsman can definitely achieve that level 3 piece of they wanted to.
I`d LOVE to watch a colab between John and Jason from Bourbon Moth Woodworking. Seriously, think about it!
Hey brother. Love all your videos but I’m glad your still putting build videos up. And I learned a couple cool tricks in this one. The miter cut and burying the miter into a sacrificial fence was very nice and will use that. Thanks brother!
Fantastic work, guys! They turned out beautiful! 😃
Damn, I missed this series!
Stay safe there with your families! 🖖😊
That black one is my favorite
That drawer face is clean 👌
Chris's came out great!
My favorite was the Beginner level table. Really minimalist and cool
I aspire to build all three of these. Beginner for when my son moves out and needs cheap furniture. Then, intermediate when he is isn't destroying the furniture. Pro for my house
Love the integrated handle, the idea of cutting it on the table saw is sick 👏🏻👏🏻
I'm really liking #2. The 2-tone look really helps it stand out with the simpler design which I like.
For some reason the middle one always looks the best in these series.
John achieved art woodworking level. very beautiful work. I have never seen such table anywhere.
I'm about 7 years into my woodworking hobby and I loved this video, seeing 3 ways to achieve the same goal was really cool and I learned alot! Please show me more!
They are all good. Each has a place and a niche.
They all turned out great!! I wish you'd shown the side of Lou's table where the stain worked better though - I bet it looked fantastic! Would love to see a more in-depth look at your dovetails method and at how you made the drawer front on the walnut table too.
Great to see the beginner to pro back great work Lou and Chris love all three love Johns walnut one but I love oak too. Can wait to see what you do next
Do we have to pick one? All three are my favorite. Yeah, 'Three Levels' is fun. More please.
Wow I really like this video. Love the “3 ways” series, and this trio was unexpected and - better. The video editing is so good too. I fee this this is a return to the content I fell in love with when I started watching this channel. 🤙🏻
My vote goes to Chris, love the two tone!
LOVE the new format, I understand some people's confusion, but IMO it is great to see each component side by side.
These are videos are the best. Glad to see you doing the three step videos again! Great to get to know the new crew too. Killer job gents!!!
Love the 3 levels series. Glad to see it back.
That dovetail method is so great! A wonderful way for a beginner or intermediate woodworker to make perfect dovetails without a lot of difficulty!
I really liked Level 2, looking at them all side by side, that is the one that I would put in my house.
Level 2 table is also pretty neat!
The way you made the drawer handle is so sick, I've never seen that before!
Loved the dovetail tutorial 👍
Lou dropping some wisdom. “It doesn’t have to be perfect it just has to look perfect”
I think they all came out awesome.
Mind blown by the 45 degree gut with the buried blade in the fence. It's little tips like that that up my game.
All looks great!!!!!
Dude, I love when you build stuff!
I love all 3 of them & would happily put any of them in my home!
ETA, I love the walnuts look/colour, but prefer the design number 2 with the darker bottom & lighter drawer. But the simplicity of the first 1 is also really appealing to me too. Fab job guys ❤
I love these 3 level videos - great format!
Thank you for giving me dovetails!
I tried the cove making on the table saw, but I never thought about tilting the blade. Thanks a lot.
Looks good.
Also glad to see three levels again it’s my favourite segment you guys do. While I thought you guys all had some great designs in respect to the levels but I’m a sucker for walnut
I like the middle and right ones the best. I like the way that black contrasts with the veneer, and yours is gorgeous with the walnut + Rubio. Pretty cool with the integral handle, too, definitely looked challenging.
Excellent wood project. Enjoyed watching the builds, well done all.
This is the content I'm here for! Please bring back the one board one sheet challenge, too.
Love the 3 levels
I love this! They all turned out great!
Love the amateur model, great contrast on the stains!
Love The black painted one. But John's is nice too.
I like them all. Congratulations 👍
Definitely the middle one, hands down
glad 3 levels is back.
next episode DRAFTING TABLES.
I think all of them look very good based upon materials chosen and cost. You guys rock!
That was a fun watch. Loved all of the builds.
love the 3 levels. very cool builds today!
man, I would like to see 3 levels of computer gaming desks lol. Somethin for all us nerds out there
Glad to see the 3 level series back. I liked them all for different aspects. The draw front being cut on the table saw was killer. For your next build, I saw someone mention picnic tables or maybe a outdoor patio table of some sort.
The Medium one is my fave with the two tone. The pro one is nice because of the woodwork. The basic one looks....like a basic one :)
Love the pro build
Level 2 is really nice looking !
Love how this was edited-the back in forth felt friendily competitive, highlighting the different approaches!
I'm going with your's John. Very cool! How about 3 levels of head boards!
I love the three levels vids and I love the new guys I think a three levels of bed frame video would be cool
Solid builds, boyos!
I think my favorite would have to be the second one for the two tone effect, but the third one for the intricatcy of it. Maybe next, you guys should try different takes on a china cabinet type thing.
Great work, I love this series! 👍
Love the three level builds! How about beds next??
