My Opinions On Firestar's Quest

Hey People! Today I am going to share my opinions on the book Firestar’s Quest. Just a fair warning there will be spoilers for Firestar’s Quest and the timeline that it takes place in which is after The Prophecies Begin. Again, these are MY OPINIONS. You may have different opinions on this book, and that is perfectly fine! If you people like this video, I will consider making this into a series! Without further ado, let's get started.
In Firestar’s Quest, Firestar discovers skyclan and how it was separated from the clans. Firestar goes on a quest with his mate Sandstorm, as they try to find skyclan. They get some kittypets, rouges, and loners and stick them together to make a clan. Nothing really happens until some rats are discovered. These rats can talk to cats, and there are hundreds, maybe even thousands of them. They have two battles with the rats. One of them when they underestimate the rats, and one of them where they actually made a plan. Some cats die but I forget who. (Not like anyone cares)
My first problem with this book is that I think they could have thought up something more interesting for regrouping skyclan then just taking a bunch of rouges and kittypets and calling it a clan. I think it could have been something like Skyclan was caught by twolegs or something and only Sky got away. But again, I can’t be complaining about that since I am a pretty bad story teller.
Another problem I have is that there is a lot of time that is just empty. They didn’t have enough ideas to fill a 510 page book. You can see this problem pop up a lot in the warriors super editions, and really just the warrior cats series itself. Like if you take the book Skyclan’s Destiny for example, there is a full chapter of just the kits playing.
One thing I do like about the book though is how the rat battle is staged. They fight the rats once, then they realise that they underestimated the amount of them. They then make a plan, and realise that all the rats are being controlled by sort of like a king rat. All they need to do is kill the king rat.
Now, I have much more to say about this book, but since people nowadays have the attention span of a FISH. (and this is not just my excuse to not edit forever) Anyways, I hope you enjoyed the video, and I hope to see you again. Bye!
