    ... I use the Yates-Row as my main compound for traps; and it has been paying large dividends. Don't forget that DL and rows are a trap powerhouse and should be the foundation. The zero ego is the major attribute of this video, but I don't think that shrugs thus done are real builders. Thank you coach, great content ...
