It crazy because this morning I was beyond tired, my 1 year old had been teething all night, endless cries, all that, and I had to be in the gym by 5:30am, I remember thinking to myself that this can either be the excuse that I use to get out of the gym or the motivation to go even harder in the gym. I looked up to the ceiling calling onto to God to be my strength, got up, got ready and went. Did I make it at the time I wanted? No, did I show up either way, yes!
The way every message speaks to me lets me know that I need to answer his call. I am so appreciative that I’ve found you. God sent you to me! This retreat is going to be 🔥

MAN oh man did this episode bless me!! So many gems and ah ha moments. From being rejected and not knowing how to identify it... to the book suggestions. I grew up in church, left in my 30's, and at 46, have rededicated my life to Christ. I feel like a baby. Starting from the very beginning. But THIS time, I have a better understanding of who God is. I lray that my dad can return to Christ and do it God's way this time because he's destroying his family to pieces he believes that He's a God and believes tthat God doesn't know us as his kids he knows him and our family ancestors and worships them wheew it's a lot but i just keep praying for him to find Jesus

Wow!! That prayer that she says every morning before getting up to work out is so empowering!! It’s also funny that she mentioned the runners that she would see on the road. I too, looked at them like, “Wow!!” When I look back on one of my healthiest transformation in life (which was grown out of my lowest) I became a runner and at one point CONSIDERED (only considered haha) entering a marathon. I don’t know that I’ll ever go back running. But it’s definitely one of my fondest memories of myself; that and my journey of weight loss through dancing.
When I tell y’all how this podcast has been blessing and speaking to my spirit!!!! Whew!! The struggle is real when it comes to the FLESH!

Nona said, "you are an example of His goodness".
In Exodus 33:18, Moses asked God to show him His glory. Then, in verse 19, God responded to Moses: "And He said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before thee, and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will shew mercy on whom I will shew mercy." (KJV)
God used the word "goodness" as synonymous to "glory".
Megan, you are an example of God's glory. Your life shines as Moses' face did when he came down from the mountain after being before God ( Ex 34:29).

I’ve really resonated with this episode. Megan I’ve been in your shoes of people whom came against me, lied to me, lied on me and try to destroy my character and spirit all due to enemy using them to tear me apart. But God! We all have to hear God voice and understand that rejection, offense is really God blessing with the lord protection. God is truly a healer.

Lord y'all got me over here crying and wanting to try harder than I have ever tried before to live a life serving the Lord. It's been a battle/journey of untreated depression since the age of 13 that eventually led to multi addictions. Wow.. just as I am writing this right now thinking about what I have been addicted to in the past and some still currently.. it just hit me that I have become addicted to fear. My God! Yes I know that God didn't give me the spirit of fear as it says in his word, but nonetheless you don't know that when God is not your God and you have been beaten down and surrendered to lies like "God doesn't love you. He just keeps you around to laugh at you." All the while fear has engulfed and paralyzed you to even be afraid to open a Bible because you don't believe His word will work for you. I'm sitting here crying like a baby realizing that this is a great deal of trauma that I have been carrying. I want to release it now. I need help. I'm 61 and have been out in the wilderness longer than Moses and the Israelites😂. This has been like a very good journal entry for me..I'm grateful! I'm going to join the patreon because I'm tired and I'm ready to know and understand my purpose as it is related to God.
