But if _one_ person, like Pemi, can allow the video to play through without pausing it and not get blocked, why can't they _all?_ I've seen several times where one reactor will not pause it at all and not get blocked and another will react to the same, exact video and pause the _hell_ out of it (like, every 30 seconds, if that). _WHY?_

I'm sorry to tell you this, but it's all downhill from here! Lol. This is as good as it gets. Anything Queen did was spectacular, this was just their most memorable song. (Well, that's debatable). Listen to any of their hits, oh, and if you want to get an idea of just how big this song is, search youtube for "Crowd singing Bohemian Rhapsody at Green day concert". It will give you chills! Freddie Mercury’s voice was extraordinary. The power, the tone, the range... it’s astonishing. Vocal coaches for the best singers in the world have been interviewed about that voice. Musicologists have studied it, trying to figure out how on earth it could work like that. And then there’s Freddie, the man who infused that voice with his intense passion for his craft, he made magic happen. He can break your heart or lift you high. The whole band is amazing, but Freddie had a truly rare talent. Although he’s gone, his music still speaks to generation after generation. It’s timeless.

Queen absolutely loved playing around with their music and dabling with various sound effects. So when you use headphones and notice it changes sides, it is very deliberate. If you have a awesome surround sound system, you will notice it even further that the sounds chase each other around the room.
They prided themselves on being completely different and also playing to the crowd and making that crowd move its backside off.

Great reaction dear! Queen 4ever, love them. Early '70s Queen had a totally different style! Later 80's Queen I suggest Somebody to love Live at Montreal, you can see the difference in style and appereance. Much bless and keep up the good work!

I have always been told that Freddy had a 3 octave range. He was a master of the audience as well. He literally played a crowd like an instrument. In complete control of utter madness.

The guitarist was working on his thesis for a PhD in astrophysics when he gave up science to join Queen. After Freddie Mercury died, he found out that no one else punished research on the topic of his thesis, so he was able to finish his thesis. He is now working for the European Space Agency, I think.
Also, the Muppets did and amazing cover of this song. You should react to it.

This song it came out when I was a teenager and I didn't know what it was about. Just that it was amazing. I'm 55 and just found out that it's about Freddie Mercury's experience coming out which makes it all the more brilliant and meaningful.

Pemi being a British Citizen born in the mid-50s I grew up with the most amazing music, Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Kinks, but in the 70s came 'prog rock' We had Genesis, Gentle Giant, and Yes. Seek out these bands as I am sure they will surprise and amaze you.

This is my first experience of Pemi, and I'll be looking for others, well done 👍🏼 This was a groundbreaking song and video in December 1975. Shout out to Deaky at 5:32 for looking like the rockingest bassist of all time (after Chris Squire), and to Brian for inventing fretboard tapping. I remember this song clearly when it was released. There was no interpretation of the lyrics as actually putting a gun to someone's head and killing them, this was Queen doing what they'd previously done, but on a hyper scale. It was pushing the boundaries, it was supreme 'popera'. If only I'd seen them live 😪

Martin Schell - I saw Queen live and LOVED Deaky. Totally unpretentious and bopping to the music. His bass blew you off your feet, was their musical anchor and drove every song but being a rhythm instruments as opposed to lead, he seems seldom recognized being in the background. He also played lead or rhythm guitar on some songs and all instruments on Another one Bites the Dust, Cool Cat, Back Chat, played piano on You're my best friend and wrote several of their biggest hits. He also sang backup in concert although most people thought he never sang, he just never sang lead.

Your ears were just blessed by 4 musical geniuses!!! You need to continue exploring their genius, with such songs as Who Wants To Live Forever, Somebody To Love, Another One Bites The Dust, Radio Ga Ga and Killer Queen, and that's just the beginning! You'll never hear a better, more diverse band in the world!!! Check out their live performances cuz no band did it better!!!
