But if _one_ person, like Pemi, can allow the video to play through without pausing it and not get blocked, why can't they _all?_ I've seen several times where one reactor will not pause it at all and not get blocked and another will react to the same, exact video and pause the _hell_ out of it (like, every 30 seconds, if that). _WHY?_
Hey clueless and your similar friends in this thread. Reactors normally have to pause the song, or else You Tube takes the video down for copyright infringement. But, by breaking up the song, they are able to play it.
Agreed ... to even concider vocalists in his league you need to look at guys like Luciano Pavarotti and Placidio Domingo... and even then!, they have the range and control, sure -- but they dont rock as hard as Freddy & Queen 😁

Love watching someone find the genius that is Freddy Mercury for the very first time! Queen is Iconic and legendary. There will never be anything like this group. I'm sorry to tell you this, but it's all downhill from here! Lol. This is as good as it gets. Anything Queen did was spectacular, this was just their most memorable song. (Well, that's debatable). Listen to any of their hits, oh, and if you want to get an idea of just how big this song is, search youtube for "Crowd singing Bohemian Rhapsody at Green day concert". It will give you chills! They rocked like nobody else ever has done live. Freddie is was and will always be the greatest rock performer of all time. My greatest regret was I never got to see them live :(

Musicologists have studied it, trying to figure out how on earth it could work like that. And then there’s Freddie, the man who infused that voice with his intense passion for his craft, he made magic happen. He can break your heart or lift you high. The whole band is amazing, but Freddie had a truly rare talent. Although he’s gone, his music still speaks to generation after generation. It’s timeless.

The Queen set from Live Aid in 1985 has been called the most amazing 21 minutes in Rock history. The audience participation is phenomenal. Well worth watching again and again.
For me these reaction videos are so fun to watch! Queen was a radio station staple growing up, and I forget that with the passage of time we have a generation that grew up with a different music selection. It's a delight to see people appreciate the music of my youth, as well as introducing me to their favorites as well. As with too many icons, Freddy left us too soon. I can only imagine what other epics he could have given us over time.
Now you know how we felt 45 years ago when we first heard this. In fact, there was a time when I was living with a drummer I was in a band with. Every day for a year and a half we would come home from work, and before we rehearsed, we would listen to this, and to Machine Gun by Jimi Hendrix. Bohemian Rhapsody was in Freddie's head before he ever put a note on paper. The recording was made on analog tapes. Digital recording and editing did not exist. The entire piece took three weeks to record, and in some sections featured 180 separate overdubs. In the end, eighth-generation tapes were used.

Queen absolutely loved playing around with their music and dabling with various sound effects. So when you use headphones and notice it changes sides, it is very deliberate. If you have a awesome surround sound system, you will notice it even further that the sounds chase each other around the room. They prided themselves on being completely different and also playing to the crowd and making that crowd move its backside off.

Each of the band members has an academic degree from university and Brian May (The Guitarist) is a Dr. of Astrophysics (and the guitar he plays (called 'Big Red' ) he built himself with help from his father.
The guitarist was working on his thesis for a PhD in astrophysics when he gave up science to join Queen. After Freddie Mercury died, he found out that no one else punished research on the topic of his thesis, so he was able to finish his thesis. He is now working for the European Space Agency, I think. Also, the Muppets did and amazing cover of this song. You should react to it.

Amazing fact about Queens' lead guitarist Brian May. He was actually working on getting his Ph.D in astrophysics when Queen was formed. Music meant so much to him so he put his doctorate on the back burner. After Freddie Mercury died, Queen disbanded. Even while still part of the group Brian and his father designed and built a new kind of guitar. Brian's IQ has been measured in the 160's. That's even beyond Big Bang Theory smart. So he was a real genius on top of being a musical genius. after Queen disbanded, Brian went back to working toward his doctorate. He finally got it in 2006 or 7. He's now Dr. Brian May Ph.D. He's also written about 6 books on the subject of astrophysics.

@@queenremix1353 it's because he preferred to use that voice live. Some earlier lives versions he sings almost identical to the studio version but he just preferred his chest voice as opposed to his more falsetto type voice.
I have always been told that Freddy had a 3 octave range. He was a master of the audience as well. He literally played a crowd like an instrument. In complete control of utter madness.

Freddie Mercury's understanding of operatic harmonization and musical overtones was a master class in itself.
The guy Freddie killed in the lyrics was the hetero part of himself. Bohemian Rhapsody was his come out song!!!
The guitarist was working on his thesis for a PhD in astrophysics when he gave up science to join Queen. After Freddie Mercury died, he found out that no one else punished research on the topic of his thesis, so he was able to finish his thesis. He is now working for the European Space Agency, I think.

Amazing fact about Queens' lead guitarist Brian May. He was actually working on getting his Ph.D in astrophysics when Queen was formed. Music meant so much to him so he put his doctorate on the back burner. After Freddie Mercury died, Queen disbanded. Even while still part of the group Brian and his father designed and built a new kind of guitar. Brian's IQ has been measured in the 160's. That's even beyond Big Bang Theory smart. So he was a real genius on top of being a musical genius. after Queen disbanded, Brian went back to working toward his doctorate. He finally got it in 2006 or 7. He's now Dr. Brian May Ph.D. He's also written about 6 books on the subject of astrophysics.

@@jpw6893 Compared to live versions where he belts out even higher notes, this average for Freddie vocals, some live versions blow this away.
@@queenremix1353 it's because he preferred to use that voice live. Some earlier lives versions he sings almost identical to the studio version but he just preferred his chest voice as opposed to his more falsetto type voice.

I have always been told that Freddy had a 3 octave range. He was a master of the audience as well. He literally played a crowd like an instrument. In complete control of utter madness.
