My grandfather is 79yrs old & a tech enthusiast. He uses a samsung galaxy to send and receive mszs on his seniors group in WhatsApp, listen music on yt music and loves to watch cricket matches on hotstar.
So the point is, elders now are accustomed to technology and don't need these kind of phones. Might be useful for extremely old or illiterate elders though.
