Also I will like to know more about school system in Canada compare to south Africa, regarding primary school or high school. For example if I am moving to canada with my child who is doing grade 3 are they going to take him to the next level like grade 4 or?
They had mine do assessments after we arrived, he was supposed to be starting Grade 1 in SA but school had started for 4 months already this side since they Start in September and not January like they do in SA. He was allowed to join the Grade 1 class and received additional support to help him catch-up.
