That one team (BYU) finished unranked. What a fing joke the 95 season was. He finished 4-7 in 96, so 95 wasn't a coming out party.

I remember when Nebraska played Arizona state. Late in the third quarter Osborne put in the 4th string qb and the 4th string running back and their first play in ran an 80 yard touchdown. Too much depth.

There are some other fantastic teams I'd throw in the mix, like 2004 USC, 2005 Texas, and 2018 Clemson -- but the 95 Huskers just steamrolled almost everyone they played, including the No.2 Gators in the championship.
