Hi, enjoyed your video. I'm currently studying so have taken a part time job working as a bar man for a local agencey. On the job training, so basically I have no idea how these beer systems work. All I know is that I was working the tap a few times, (heinekin) and it was either far too much foam, or hardly any. There is a little adjuster valve on the tap itself that makes it pour fast or slow. for example, I had it opened up full and there was hardly any gas. If i had of closed the valve a little, would that have possibly meant that the beer/gas ratio would have been better? Or was it more a problem at the keg/gas bottle? Thanks in advance.

To top up the 60/40 gas it's around 20 pounds but you need to leave an initial deposit of around 50 quid,,unavoidable really to be honest.
