    This was extremely helpful and I learned a ton!! One thing that was new that I want to incorporate is giving a call back for quality assurance! And also, sending thank you cards and gift cards! Thank you soo much for sharing, I will be incorporating everything you mentioned!!

    Hi! Thanks for the video. Question: Do you have any tips for how to compensate the person in #6? Would this be just a flat weekly amount, or hourly, or involve some kind of commission? How can I determine a good rate?
