Diwali Special Menda Ni Puri Recipe | દિવાળી સ્પેશ્યલ મેંદાની પૂરી ની રેસીપી

Friends, today I am sharing Menda Ni Puri Recipe. Today's recipe is different than that of traditionally made Menda Ni Puri as here I have made it in different shape with few extra ingredients and with multiple layers. Due to its layers it may also be called "padvali menda ni puri". For upcoming diwali festival this is the perfect recipe to try at home.

INGREDIENTS
1 tsp black pepper (काली मिर्च)
1 cup all purpose flour (मैदा)
1 tsp ajwain (अजवाइन)
1 tsp kasoori methi (कसूरी मेथी)
½ tsp salt (नमक)
1.5 tsp oil (तेल)
Half cup warm water (गर्म पानी)
FOR SLURRY
⅛ cup all purpose flour (मैदा)
2 tsp pure ghee (शुध्ध घी)
Oil for frying puris (तलने के लिए तेल)
