- Another impactful Order addition, Oberon can eliminate healing effects completely. This is crucial in countering the annoying Lunox+Wanwan meta, or any strategy that involves excessive healing.
Not recommended for F2P. Oberon should be a long term project cause he won't be useful at lower stars. Invest in cheaper options like Mecha Layla / Esmeralda first.

Hi Felipe, thanks :D If Oberon appears in an event, try to grab him. His healing suppresion will forever be useful cause of Lunox :D
And I never plan to build Shar up but I have to.She is worth anyway.
Since Wan Wan Lunox can easily defeated now,Shar and Layla are my true saviors now😢.
And I also upgrade Gord orlays and he is pretty good in my PVE now.
Oh god,many old heroes are completely trash now with the arrival of OP ones.And I realized you finished 2 primal zones and both are Order(Xeno and Oberon).

I am back to this video, since now i had awakened 2 Oberon with maxed orlay and vessel. I also had awakened 2 Ruby with maxed everthing.
Do you think Ruby+Oberob will be good partner? Especially if we had Clara to support them?

In Conclusion: Oberon is worth it but you need to be rich and need a lot of protection.

So he need to be on a Shar's team to be able to completely shutdown enemy's shar right? How about against Mlayla team? Mlayla's damage with staff of aura + angela's buff is really insane, can literally wipe out a whole team with her first lazer. Can you run some test against that? Im really currious before decide to build him or not.

Hi Afig, yes he can! But he can't stop the jump since his pull doesn't stun or silence. You pull Saber, then he will still jump to his destination after.

Hi Sen, yes she's good. All heroes require investments to be useful. It's just that Order/Chaos heroes are very expensive to grab their copies, so they are not recommended for F2P.

We can counter oberon by natan or some hero that can deplete his energy and special tount like shar. But i want to asking that is there any other way to counter him ? Thanks for answering
Hi Đăng, there's no counter to this guy apart from what you've mentioned.
Shar is your best bet against Oberon. He's very powerful especially with the protection of Xeno. The backline heroes he pulls over could die from his normal Ulti, he only needs execution for the tanks.
Hey chaos am at the stage where I need 2 teams to finish campaign what do you recommend for second team comp
My first team comp is Valir damage
2 support Estes and Angela
Karina for Dodge and sub damage
Hylos for tanking and extra damage buff
Hi Ramen, for the Campaign I recommend:
1. Odette. Put her in a Dark team with Argus tank, Lylia support.
2. Irithel. Martial with Akai tank, Wanwan swap.
Those 2 are very powerful PvE teams well into late game.
Other recommended dam dealers for 4th and 5th squad: Selena, Esmeralda, Vexana, Alice, Kagura.

Hi Apple, he cannot. If he's caught, he's dead. Oberon is actually OP, I'm kinda glad Shar can deal with him consistently :D

He's useless against Shar yes, but not when you use him in your own Shar's team :D

Is Anna good on high arena ranks? I just wanted to know since I've built her.
Hi Tom, yes, she's still amazing. The combo Anna Xborg + Karithmet can wipe most teams. She's the reason why most Mages and Marksmen are off the PvP list cause they can't deal with her and Borg.
The problem with Anna is that she's usually charmed. If you don't kill the enemies right away, there's a chance Anna will kill teammates instead.
Glad to hear that Anna is still good. Yes, I'm aware of that Anna charmed problem too, I think Masha can solve that problem.
How about golem elimination? Is he better than hwang jini?

Wow. I wouldn’t have realized just how impactful Oberon is to the Honor PvP scene without this video. 100% healing reduction is devastating to a meta that revolved so heavily around Lunox. This is the first hero ever introduced to the game that I’ve seen who can completely shut down Lunox for an entire match. Even Anna can’t do this sort of thing to Lunox. Crazy stuff. That’s not even taking into consideration how Oberon has the potential to one shot almost any team in seconds with the right support. It’s funny how you went straight from a video with Shar shutting him down to a breakdown of how he can destroy the most essential part of Shar teams.
It’s a shame that he only really makes any sort of impact for top PvP, though. Not only that, but he also seems to raise the bar for how developed other O/C heroes need to be. Yet another new Order hero who relies on Vessel and Orlay skills in order to get to their ultimate in time, not to mention the fact that he somewhat relies on a tank with the exact same restriction. I guess the moral of the story is know where to place honor bets but bet your sacred scrolls on Akashic or Lunox.
Hi, he still get deafeated by Shar if he's caught in the taunt loop. This is why I needed Lunox to be with M.Layla, it's a better counter for Shar.
Oberon fits best in a Shar team, cause then enemies have to deal with both of them, which requires different counters :D
Yeah that’s a fair point. He isn’t a counter to Shar if she gets her ultimate in a loop. I definitely came more to that realization upon watching the video again despite an Oberon loss never being outright shown. I still think that Lunox not reviving breaks the chain completely in the all-support meta team that has wholly dominated before Xeno was introduced. So two ultimates from a max Oberon combined with his pulls and support from an ally Shar makes Oberon extremely dangerous to Shar at the very least. I’m glad to see that they each counter each other in some circumstances instead of it being one sided honestly. Just don’t like that he’s another non-shop order hero to develop :/

If Natan can hit Oberon, that is. Or Xeno for that matter. Problem with Natan hitting either of those is that they want to be at the back anyways: Oberon can get the double pull shown in this vid in the back and Xeno wants to avoid getting charmed. Against that first formation in the video with Oberon up front by himself then yes, Natan might stop Oberon, but even then you’d still need more to deal with Shar. It’s far more likely that Natan would hit something else anyways going against experienced players. They could always run wanwan, for example, to take the space time mark from Natan. Natan might take some whales by surprise, but I don’t think that he alone would stop Oberon from being used.
The best counter to Oberon seems to be a faster Shar from what I can tell, which is why I think there’s an emphasis on building your own Shar in the vid.

Wait how can he get buff based on sword 1 and 2 if they are permanently active ?
Hi, only sword 1 is active from the beginning. Sword 2 still needs to be activated in the fight, then it will stay for the rest of the fight.
lunox - wanwan was free player's meta which can break the spender's meta (lunox - shar - akashic - order's tank (i forget her name, lol) - angela, and oberon come to fix the issues (moonton wanna make the spender feel comfort fighting free players which only using lunox - wanwan). thats the point, mr. chew-chew.

lunox was greatest support at this game, we can call her an angel. wan-wan best marksman after x-borg (my opinion (real pure free player)).

oberon can make the lunox useless againts him, so, next step was to make the shar useless with backline oberon, which can pull the enemies (near (lunox) and far (usually angela), and don't forget if m.layla can do that too (combine them), and angela (hyper o-bee-ron), try it. :')

Hi irean, yes Natan can! But it's hard for him to target Oberon if he hides in the back. Just like how Natan can shut down Wanwan but it doesn't always work as his skill is single target and might hit somebody else.
The most reliable way to counter Oberon is catch him in a Shar loop, he can't escape :D
