I usually play solo with difficulty ranging between 6-7. Not much difference

How are you getting 60 FPS I can barely get 30 - 40 at low settings. Same graphics card

Check GPU & CPU clock speed & temps as well as GPU TDP. It could be bottleneck or thermal throttling.
Also make sure your laptop is getting proper airflow while gaming and is plugged in

It is really demanding, have you tried optimized settings to maintain +60fps?

Just switch down from Ultra to High! Not that much difference in quality and it will give you 70-80 fps

Open MSI Afterburner & check your stats (cpu/gpu clock speed,temps etc)

Perhaps because you play with other players and on higher difficulty. This video shows diff 2 single player. Performance shown that way is not representative.

@@legacybenchmarks The problem is I have both of those things done, my usage never goes above 70, and fps never goes above 50, normal fps is around 30-35.
