Prioritise evangelism and then people will naturally give up their seats for visitors, then you don’t have to go down the unbiblical vision casting route nonsense, where does it say we have to have a vision? The bible is our revelation, make disciples, teach them instead of pandering to people wants’ and stop making the meeting into theatres for entertainment.

“make disciples, teach them” as you said is the church’s ‘mission’ (Matthew 11:29-30). The ‘vision’, however, is what you desire your personal church to look like in the future. A church in the inner city will obviously look different than a church in the country. Nothing wrong with that, there’s different situations, difficulties, etc… in those areas. Paul does this all the time. Ephesians 3:14-21 is one of those examples. Something that the church of Ephesus has not yet achieved but Paul’s desire is for them to achieve that. Philippians 4:10-23 is another example where Paul says that they were the “only” church in ho helped him. Every church has the same mission, “to baptize(evangelism which leads to salvation) & teach” but not all churches will have the same vision.
