Baki had gone toe to toe with Yujiro years ago in the manga prior to this point and we just get a draw with Ohma, i think that's just showing respect between the writers because we knew Ohma wouldn't do shit to Baki lol.
I think this is after pickle arc baki because in the manga jack doesnt recover until the sumo arc where he has diamond teeth. but even then Baki should destroy Ohma

When you have sensless overpowered characters of baki and try to make a colab with an anime about the martial arts like kengan this is the problem, they tried to nerf somehow the baki characters and for some reason also ignored and made almost useless the technics of the kengan fighters, the 3 fights were metapods fights were only the strength and resistance mattered, baki and ohma used some technics but ohma lose the hole point of the niko style. It was a good colab, but was just fanservice though

A few things. It’s no stretch to say that Baki characters were nerfed, but this whole movie was really fun to watch and it needed to happen for there to be any kind of stakes or hype. As advanced as some Kengan fighters are, Baki characters are…sigh…objectively just too insanely strong. Not just with their physical abilities but their mental states too. I’m fine with Baki characters being nerfed a bit for this, but I also find it disingenuous when Kengan fans pretend that these fights played out how they should’ve in a serious context. This movie isn’t supposed to be taken too seriously, it’s a popcorn movie spectacle for both anime fans. But let’s not sit here and pretend that the pieces weren’t shifted around a bit to avoid Baki characters stomping Kengan characters.
