As a fan since S1, I’m going to share my appreciation for tonight’s transpirings. (It’s easy to nitpick but fans have to be supportive too-no one will ever agree on the perfect game.) They eliminated mergatory (essentially), then the 6-6 or 5-5 double tribal, and to put this in its place was fresh. If the tribal lines were more diverse it would have been even more interesting. My only critique is not showing/placing a potential advantage on the losing tribe beach, instead of the winners’ and then Sol meddling-but it does keep the players interacting despite the split, which helps the game. What’s fascinating to me here is her saying…she was shocked by Caroline and Kyle voting her out cuz she thought they were so close but at the same time she was ready to publicly vote against Tuku to make a statement about being a free agent even tho she knew Rachel would go? If she was that ready to leave, they could probably tell. Something isn’t adding up haha
She meant that she knew the plan was Rachel and bc that wasn’t the plan she wanted, in the event Rachel didn’t walk out - she was prepared for Rachel to play her shot in the dark, not be safe, & to vote a Tuku (Gabe) in a 4-1 vote for Rachel so she could be a free agent afterward…that Kyle/Caroline would understand bc she was quite adamant about this being a set up for making Tuku sitting ducks with the larger group.
New Survivor has intentionally added much more randomness, and hence, unfairness, for dramatic purposes, but that "twist" was very unfair to both Rachel and Tiyana.
@@tmm4195 What I meant is the tribal from Rome to this is only one day. One day. For them to come up with that twist of having 7 people safe (but them believing they are already merged) and yet they can’t vote is wild and unfair. Maybe. Lulu was a trainwreck of a tribe tho. If she was on 45 and Lulu still lost the 1st challenge. Emily would've left 1st (which i wouldn't be mad at). But noone on that tribe could do puzzles. So I still think they go on a losing streak. So she might make the jury if she's the one who survives

To me i rather draw a rock knowing im finna switch the game up, even if it means i MIGHT go home. Compare that to just missing out on the jury because i wasnt in a good spot with the peoole i wanted to "draw rocks for". Idk
She explained it in that she wasn’t that tight with TK-that Kyle was a bridge between them-therefore, when TK flipped about losing, it was easy for her to just vote for him (& avoiding a tie) instead of if they were closer one-on-one and could have patched it up to discuss a true tie vote.
@@CadeCYCDude 🤦🏾♂️ in the show from what we saw SHE SAID she is willing to go to rocks for Sue. She didn't know Gabe would vote with them for TK. She thought it was 3V3. Or she didn't know she was willing to go to rocks for Sue. But she's saying she didn't want to go to rocks for TK. But the thing is thats the moment that sunk her game. She should've swallowed her pride and worked with TK. Because he's a big threat and he's someone who can be a shield for her, and was willing to work with her. If she voted with TK and Kyle. Gabe or Caroline probably would've switched their vote. Or they would've went to rocks. And maybe she goes home, but maybe it pays off and she could've made it further. But its a moot point. What if we had Shan and Tianna back for Season 50? I also think it would have been interesting if the "power" that Sol had was actually the one and only vote of the night. I would give him Agency to get out whoever he wanted, but then he could not hide behind any of the voting blocks. WE would also we the internal deliberation of who to get out instead of a 30 minute tribal.
