10µF 25V OR 16V rating will be fine
As you well know - condition upon the voltage rating is
above the voltage along that particular power rail -
the capacitor voltage will be acceptable.

50 AliExpress Volts = 25 Mouser Volts = 12 Real Volts (from Sod's Law).
