I have always been a fan of Indian music right from the 60s when George Harrison, R.I.P. introduced the sitar into popular music and then I saw the wonderful Ravi Shankar, R.I.P. playing live in my native Belfast Ireland in the late 60s and of course, I love the Hare Krishnas, so this music is just beautiful to my ears.
George Harrison captured my attention to as he ventured into his spiritual journey. Love Ravi * George and the Sitar....here to meditate with this in background. We are more plentiful & have the power to rip down the elite's one world brainwashing & genocide of humanity. Namaste May 31, 2022

@@Forestrskye I think there was a misunderstanding here. I am pretty sure that Pratik knows of the horrible things going on in the outer world that we all perceive. But he was talking about his own experience in this meditation when he felt pure love for everything. That's something that can be an outcome of meditation. Meditation is about seeing one's own suffering, one's own anger, one's own fear, and so on, and then letting go of these. Meditation is about choosing love over fear. We can all work on ourselves and like this have an impact on the planet. A shift in human consciousness is about to happen since a few years and accelerating more and more.

Thank you. I have been in state of energy which converted itself to wave of light and I "saw/felt" that our universe, our Mother Earth I love so much no longer exists. Like this, as our live is only a played recording of simulation that was run a long time ago, before the Man become a God of its self. This times was the crucial in the begin of understanding how our universe (God) operates (so we played it again as reminder), that we are those who are its creators (we found this times) by our minds and hearts is this all created (by those who are aware). We did this world, so we have to love him as much as we can :) This was so wonderful world, the beginning of everything that was in "future (there is no one :))" All time exists now and you can see "future" because this was already recorded, so you can see what will be as it already happen. That explains why was Nostradamus right. That explains why Jesus was Yogi ;) Love every stone, flower, animal, everything as it's You, because it is made and maintained by you, your consciousness maintain everything. It's our connection to our higher selves. Insomnia has me here to help me fall asleep. I’m struggling not to have a panic attack. My anxiety level is high. Lack of sleep is extremely uncomfortable, and it creates a mind of negativity, hallucination and self-doubt. It’s incredible how anxiety can affect the whole physiological system. Dear Creator, release me from this state of fear and anxiety. Give me the tools to help myself. 🙏

I'm so sorry to hear about your nervous anxiety and insomnia. I pray that it gets better. Hopefully you can find the right herbal extracts to moderate your anxiety. I'm having chamomile for the first time in ages. It has quite a peaceful effect. Repeating simple good thoughts helps the bad thoughts go away. Sacredness, holyness, forgiveness, kindness, humility, respect, gratitude be with you all of your days and nights. We all need the Buddha's blessing. We all need the grace of Christ, we all need the prayers of Mohammed , the world is a difficult place to be in peace without help from the angels 😇
I have sinned a lot and badly in my life... I hope that one day I can live freely without the burden that rests on my shoulders. God, please make everything work out for the better!
