  • Today we run through an upper body gym session I use either in season or off season to build muscle and strength for GAA
    As a GAA Player you can still focus on building muscle to feel and look good on top of helping performance.
    As long as you have the big rocks covered in your training around Speed, Power, Strength and Conditioning with enough food to fuel the work and recovering well in between…
    Then an extra bit of upper body will do no harm!
    Plus everyone wants to fill out the jersey with massive arms let’s be honest!

    What did ur injury feel like was it a pain in the back of knee aswell ? currently going through same injury mate
