Yeah, the same thing happened to a friend of mine. He had been face-timing a girl in the UK for months on end and seemed to have great chemistry with her, so he decided to sell his house, give away all of his possessions and fly to the UK to begin a new life with her. I had a very similar situation happen with this guy who'd been asking me out for months. From the start I always said I'm not trying to Date or Fuck around with anyone right now, but he wouldn't give up and convinced me he just wanted to hang out as friends so I agreed to go to a concert with him about an hour to an hour and a half away, he asked if I'd be okay with getting a room so he could drink freely but I said no I needed to come back that night after the show. He got extremely intoxicated and I was drinking as well, I couldn't drive home anyway cause it was a stick, he kept saying he could sober up fast but he didn't so we got a room. I hadn't even put my stuff down when he pushed and pinned me up against the door, literally tearing my dress trying to get it off. He was twice my size and he was not hearing no, luckily I got free and was like wtf, but to sum it up he felt like entitled. By me letting him pay for The tickets, drinks, dinner (that He declined to take money for) and our room, means what??!! We would argue and things would settle down then he'd come try me again, I'd push him off then he'd yell, It was awful!!! I left him at like 3 am not knowing where I was going to go , Nobody was awake to pick me up I didn't even have enough money for Uber to drive me all the way back, so I had to call an ex and he met me halfway, that was a great conversation for the ride home.

He got extremely intoxicated and I was drinking as well, I couldn't drive home anyway cause it was a stick, he kept saying he could sober up fast but he didn't so we got a room. I hadn't even put my stuff down when he pushed and pinned me up against the door, literally tearing my dress trying to get it off. He was twice my size and he was not hearing no, luckily I got free and was like wtf, but to sum it up he felt like entitled. By me letting him pay for The tickets, drinks, dinner (that He declined to take money for) and our room, means what??!! We would argue and things would settle down then he'd come try me again, I'd push him off then he'd yell, It was awful!!! I left him at like 3 am not knowing where I was going to go , Nobody was awake to pick me up I didn't even have enough money for Uber to drive me all the way back, so I had to call an ex and he met me halfway, that was a great conversation for the ride home.
