I have been on Sirena twice. Recently did trans-Atlantic, Aruba to Lisbon. Whenever and wherever you come across a crew member they always greet you and smile. and willing to help. A very ship. I now have booked another on Sirena for February 2024.
My husband and I sailed on Sirena in 2018 (before the "re-imagination"). We were impressed by the level of service and friendliness of all the crew. I vowed never to cruise on a bigger ship--but my daughter talked me into a Disney cruise a few months ago. NOT THE SAME. I am sailing on Sirena again next week and have watched this video a dozen times or more. Thanks, Danny.
I worked on Sirena when she was Ocean Princess on her last sailing before she was transferred to to Oceania. I subsequently was transferred to Regal Princess and immediately missed small ships life haha. Hope to go back and see what they did with her in person!
As someone who has sailed on both versions, I can say it's pretty remarkable what they did during the renovation. The flow is the same, but it feels like a completely different ship.
Thank you so much for the wonderful video! My husband and I sailed on the Marina last year, so we wanted to know how this smaller ship differs and how it is the same. I see it has the same beautiful mix of classic and modern decor. The smaller ship looks wonderful. You put so much work and thought into this video and, as others say, the camera work is excellent. We are very much looking forward to sailing on the Sirena after watching your video.
Thank you for the tour. This was posted 3 years ago I'm assuming pre covid. Have you been on the Sirena since? We are scheduled to board around April 20, 2023. Looking forward to it.
Such great video production ... I will most likely never sail on a small ship like this, but Danny and Taylor do such a good job. Great way to spend time dreaming about cruising again someday.
Been on O ships quite a number of times, but not Sirena. So I enjoyed this a lot, as this is a great introduction to it. By you might want to change the title above, which implies we'll be walking through Riviera - quite a different ship!
Hello. Thanks for your great tour. I've watched you for multiple sailings on a variety of lines. Do you know if Oceania sailings (generally) have an active Facebook group? I just looked for an upcoming one and can't find anything... and have not found Cruise Critic's Roll Calls easy to navigate (in my experience) With thanks
We, as travelers need to take a second, lower our heads and say a very large, quiet, "Thank You" to Renaissance Cruises, as you say, the R Class ships are, even after 20 years in service, some of the best at sea, each cruise line has made subtle changes, but at heart the Renaissance bones are still there.
Couldn't agree more. And they even affected the way luxury cruise lines arrange their ships. Oceania Riviera and Marina are basically double sized R Class ships!
Excellent tour, wish you could've done these with old ships like Cunards' Grand Trio, or White Star Lines' Olympic Class. Those are some of my favorite ships. Keep up the good work, and stay safe.
We just booked a 10 day Caribbean cruise out of Miami with Sirena for 12/2021 and are looking forward to it. We have cruised 10+ times with Celebrity (90%) and Crystal (10%)....
Sorry the Sirena was kept in La Spezia, Italy due to the Omicron scourge. We had our February cruise with it cancelled from Aruba to Barbados. We are on it starting from Istanbul in May.
Excellent video. Thank you. We just came back from Celebrity Reflection. I loved that there were 1000 passengers ONLY on a ship that takes 3,600. I have been on Silverseas, Celebrity, Royal Carribean, Princess and Holland America. I like the amenities of the larger ship but I prefer less people and less crowds. I like larger cabins and larger balconies. A prefer a newer ship as well. Would you recommend Azamara or Oceania or Regent or Seabourn? I know they would all be great but I wondered which one would feel less crowded!
e have to ease off of cruising but we would be willing to come out if ou have an R boat Oceania cruise with U of R we would love to have one more Vista cruise. Walt and Judilyn
We've booked the Sirena TransAtlantic from Southampton on October 15th. Hopefully Europe and the US will be open to cruises by then. Any idea what the post Covid Oceania will look like? Might be a good topic for one of your videos.
We haven't covered it because they are focusing more on getting NCL back before they adjust the protocols for both Oceania and Regent. But as soon as we know more we will relay it!
Again a great and informative video, gives a really good impression of the ship and the line in total. I really enjoy this channel as you do not rush through a ship like so many others but just take the time and show what is going on. Myself i really love those smaller, more classic cruiseships and I like how Oceania is combining the classic touches of the ship together with a more modern approach.
Enjoyable video, however … what is the name of the cruise line? Oceana or Oceania? Is this an American thing where you leave letters out? Like ‘aluminum’ instead of ‘aluminium’?
I am now watching every video you guys upload. Im keen to go on a cruise soon. What would you suggest is the best cruise for a solo traveller? And have you done any videos on those vessels. Kind Regards
Thank you for the kind words, if you are looking for a good social experience the solo rooms aboard the Norwegian Encore are really great. You don't have to pay the extra fee for single, and you have a nice shared lounge with the other solo travelers.
I very recently discovered your channel. Your review is more comprehensive in generally, thank you. I got back from a Viking ocean cruise a short time ago. It appears Viking and Oceania are both in the same class and I would be interested if you may want to make a review (or comparison). BTW, Oceania is certainly on my list and I am kind of a foodie, the only draw back is that I do not drink because I am allergic to alcohol.
Taylor our filmer is allergic to beer and doesn't drink much either and he absolutely loves Oceania! The finest cuisine at sea is not overstating the quality of their food.
Good catch, we thought it would take a lot longer for someone to notice. Green Jacket is my (Taylor) wife, and Cyndie helps us a lot in the back office with bookings.
I have been Oceania Sirena 30days August 10 2024 to September 09 2024 very nice staffs excellent service , but only small ship 🛳️ , but I don't like, my next vacation I will book Oceania Riviera .
Hi, Although you are very informative on your description of the tour around the ship you are forever waving your hands about, you are conducting a ship tour not the Philharmonic orchestra.

I love watching your videos even if I'm not going on the ship
Thank you for the kind words.
@@HarrTravel your welcome :D Carnival sunrise march 2020
I love this channel, it gives you access to some ships you may never see in person.
That's the goal! We love spent people options that some didn't even know existed.
Finally, the cameraman gets some love!
I'm trying... Lol

You are so good! You should review the Queen Mary 2, that would be a hell of a review!
We have been talking with Cunard to get access, and do a full ship tour soon!
@@HarrTravel fuck yeah!
And shall thee doth a tour of the scarlet lady, at which moment it cometh out?
love when Danny plays mini golf
The best there ever was.
I have never been on a cruise before, but their cruise ship tour videos are still my favorite 😂
Thank you so much!
Very informative. Thanks
Thank you for watching!
Looks lovely!

I've recently started following your videos - you've now convinced me to try larger ships as well as Oceana!!
Oceania is one of our staff favorites! The food and experience is so different and relaxing.
Such great video production ... I will most likely never sail on a small ship like this, but Danny and Taylor do such a good job. Great way to spend time dreaming about cruising again someday.
Thank you so much Gary. Many people don't know how much time goes into the filming and editing. The kind words go a long way.
I like the smaller cruise ships like this one. Has more of a yacht feel.
We love the Sirena!

This ship is renovated!?!
Looks like interior design of the 90’s
Love this channel and really great information.
👍🏻
If you experienced the before and after you would get it. I thought it was really well done. The ship was built in the late 90s.
Hi Danny can you advise me what wheelchair access is like. I've been told they have a couple of accessible staterooms.
We would be happy to assist. Please e-mail info@harrtravel.com and we will connect you with our accessibility expert.

Oceania has done an amazing job at combining modern luxury with classic touches. And we love the small R Class ships so much! Azamara or Oceania.
Enjoyable video, however … what is the name of the cruise line? Oceana or Oceania? Is this an American thing where you leave letters out? Like ‘aluminum’ instead of ‘aluminium’?
I don't think the experience is affected by the pronunciation of the name. But thank you for your concern.

Is the pool heated?
Yes it's heated 😊
When is the next premiere? And what cruise ship are you guys going to tour?
It will be next weekend, because this weekend we are flying to Miami to film!
Harr Travel ok
Do they charge for smoothies or coffee lattes?
Those are included :)
How would you compare the newly reimagined Sirena with the Azamara Pursuit?
Sirena wins that battle running away...
Looking forward to a 28 day cruise. Ok
Let us know, and we can make that happen!
Are the ladies with the green jacket and white jacket working for you? They are in the background of A LOT of the shots.

lowkey disappointed it's a casino and not an arcade
Nice this ship is not that big
Yes the smaller R Class ships have a different feel to them.
