I only need the 2in, 4in, and triangle topper for the Anderson Method aka PROM Progressive Range of Motion Method. Wish me luck on hitting a new deadlift pr once I get these
Hey there, I saw a video where you helped someone to stop using their neck so much when lifting and I have a big problem with this - is there a video on the process you use to assess and correct that?
Man i love this idea and product but sadly I can not swing that price. Really smart with how light they are!!!! I have a wooden set for $300 that I never use too darn heavy
Thanks for posting this, those are awesome!!! Gonna go buy now…
Hope you enjoy them!!!
3000$ for EU customers 🙈

Great product! That’s exactly what I need but not for $950 😲 I think I am gonna make my own 💪🏼😉
All good! I’ve used wood ones most of my life!
Any way to get these in Europe?

Sir Please uploaded hight workout
Do you have topics for groin strain?
Just tell us the price up front so I won't get excited!!!
It depends based on how many blocks you want - the website breaks down the prices for you (it’s linked in the description of this video)
@@SquatUniversity Yeah I looked. All the nice things cost more than my activity level warrants. ;>)
Do they last longer than wooden blocks?
cool but also a grand for a set. Pretty niche item for that price.
You are literally the best!!
This is nice for people with injuries who need reduced depth. The wood blocks are indestructible but also heavy and cumbersome.
