    just quiet question
    how much LVR you think is best healthy for ur property portfolio ? if owner more long team property ? Thank

      It depends on how long you’ve been investing for. The LVR of your portfolio often decreases over time as you pay off debt and properties rise in value. Often when you are just starting out it might be 80-90% because you have to borrow a lot.
      Once you’re established and have a lot of properties - 50% is usually pretty conservative.

      Hey team,
      My current mortgage broker has mentioned cross securitisation isnt a big thing at the moment and that taking out an investment loan from the same bank is fine. I am looking to invest longterm so wondering if this advice is correct.
